How to get in touch with our team
Our volunteers come from all walks of life. Some have been out of work for a while, perhaps due to physical illness, mental health problems or commitments as a carer. Others may be retired from employment or university graduates and current students looking for work experience, sometimes even foreign exchange students.
Whatever your background, we can give you the chance to gain experience in a number of areas including community engagement, youth work, practical conservation work, environmental education, marketing, fundraising or environmental business advice.
Our youth volunteering opportunites are funded by Vinspired.
Current volunteering opportunities are Plymouth based. Throughout June, both the conservation team and Green V will be working on the Woodland Wood Path, Crownhill, and helping Green Teams, and other volunteers, to create the Drake Circus Jigsaw Garden on a piece of waste ground between the Drake Circus Shopping Centre and the University of Plymouth.
Dates for starting on the Jigsaw Garden have not quite been finalised. Please watch this space.
To book your place, please call Steve Melton on 07816841196.
