Employment & training specialists – skilled at dealing with the ‘hard to reach’ they strive to motivate those we work with and take them on a journey towards employment.
Education workers – taking our work into schools, they have the skills to work with children and understand the language and aims of the national curriculum.
Business advisers – technical specialists who know what’s important to businesses. They bridge the gap between the aims of environmental policy and the realities of local enterprise, cutting carbon and saving money.
Youth workers – working to get the most from young people, whether that’s helping them being included in the decision making process or developing their skills and confidence.
